Our room was really nicely decorated and had a comfy king size bed. Plus, it was just a short walk away from the Natural History Museum 🏛️.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this specialbrand-new hotel. Its location was indeed best possible and only 5 minutes walk from Rathaus Basel Town Hall. The area was lovely right by important sites, gracious, helpful staff, beautiful, modern rooms and museums, restaurants and the river. There was a fabulous bar and excellent food at the outdoor restaurant. The service here was excellent.

Great central location, close to Messeplatz and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, the riverside, and the main square. the twin room was equipped with AC and had quality linen.

I had a small problem in my room upon arrival, but the staff at Hotel Marthof Basel handled it perfectly. They were professional, helpful, and kind throughout my entire stay. The building and interior design have a charming 50s-revisited style, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also excellent, right in the center of the city. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, and I also enjoyed dining at the nice restaurant on the corner of the square. The beds were comfy, and the Molton Brown body and hair products provided were great.

The hotel is nestled in a lovely building with an outdoor restaurant. It has a perfect, excellent setting, just off cruise ship and shops and restaurants. - Old Town Grossbasel district deserves your time and attention. - Nothing is too much trouble, I would come there again.
